The Lightwave Analyzer instruments, including the 6415, 6435, and 7601-C save their measurements in the /cust/data directory.
Attached to this article is a file entitled "6415 Finding Saved Files.pdf" that shows the series of mouse clicks needed to get to this folder. Please note that in each of the screenshots, the mouse pointer is included to indicate exactly what you need to click or double-click on.
Also important is to note that if you transfer your measurement files to a network server or cloud storage for long-term archival purposes, and then later on you want to view them, you will need to copy those older files back into the /cust/data directory in order for the Lightwave Analyzer software to load them.
